How quickly can I hire a dedicated resource through Logicware?
If we have someone available, onboarding can start within a few days. If we need to recruit for your role, we’ll share timelines up front—usually 1–3 weeks depending on the skillset.
Can I interview candidates before hiring?
Yes. You’ll review vetted profiles and can conduct interviews to make sure the resource fits your requirements and company culture.
What hours will my remote professional work?
Most of our professionals align with U.S. business hours, but we can adjust to your preferred time zone (US, EU, or MENA) based on project needs.
What does “dedicated resource” mean?
It means your professional works exclusively on your tasks and projects, just like an in-house employee. They’re not shared across multiple clients.
How am I billed?
We bill semi-monthly or monthly for the actual productive hours worked. You can pay via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
