Our HR team connects with you to review your background, career goals, and overall fit with Logicware. This is also your chance to ask questions and learn more about our company culture.

02. Technical Assessment

For technical roles, you’ll go through a skills-focused interview or practical assessment. This helps us evaluate your problem-solving ability, coding standards, or design/marketing expertise—depending on the position.

03. Communication Assessment

We believe strong communication is just as important as technical ability. In this stage, we test your English proficiency and professional communication skills to ensure you can collaborate effectively with our global clients.

04. Client Interview & Onboarding

Once you pass our internal evaluations, you’ll meet directly with the client for a final interview. If selected, we’ll move forward with onboarding—introducing you to the team, setting up tools, and ensuring you’re ready to start contributing from day one.
