Know Before Hiring

Do you offer both staff augmentation and project-based services?

Yes. Logicware offers two flexible models depending on your needs:

  • Staff Augmentation: Hire dedicated developers, designers, or marketers who work exclusively on your projects, following your direction, tools, and priorities. This is ideal for ongoing or long-term needs.

  • Project-Based Services: Our in-house teams handle your entire project end-to-end, from planning and design to development and delivery. This model works best for fixed-scope deliverables like a website build, a mobile app, or a digital marketing campaign.

Many of our clients use a hybrid approach—starting with a project and then retaining dedicated staff for ongoing support.

Which model is right for me?

  • Choose Staff Augmentation if you need consistent, long-term help, want to scale quickly, or prefer direct control over day-to-day work.

  • Choose Project-Based if you need a defined outcome within a set timeline and want Logicware to manage the team, process, and quality assurance.

We’ll gladly guide you on which model suits your situation best.

Can I switch between models later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a project-based engagement and transition into staff augmentation for ongoing support. Likewise, if you already have dedicated Logicware resources but need a one-off project executed, our project-based teams can step in.

How will I work with my Logicware team?

We integrate with your workflow. You’ll communicate directly with your team via tools you already use—Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Jira, Trello, or Asana. If you don’t have a preferred setup, we’ll recommend and help you establish one.

Do I have control over the tools my team uses?

Yes. You’re welcome to use your own project management and communication tools. Our professionals are adaptable and already familiar with the most common platforms.

What hours will my dedicated team work?

Our professionals typically align with U.S. business hours (EST–PST). Depending on your preference, we can also adjust to European or MENA time zones. We discuss this before onboarding to ensure seamless collaboration.

How do you keep remote teams accountable?

We track time and productivity through industry-standard tools. In addition, every client is assigned an Account Manager who ensures your team is engaged, responsive, and productive. Regular reports keep you informed and transparent about progress.

What does “dedicated resource” mean?

A dedicated resource is exclusively yours—they don’t juggle multiple clients. They follow your instructions, use your systems, and work on your priorities, just like an in-house hire.

Do I get management support along with my team?

Yes. Logicware provides an Account Manager who handles HR, compliance, and team well-being. For technical oversight, we can also provide a Technical Lead who ensures quality standards are met.

Can I interview and select my own team members?

Absolutely. We shortlist vetted professionals and share their profiles. You then conduct interviews to ensure skills, culture fit, and communication meet your expectations.

What if I’m not happy with a team member?

If a resource isn’t a good fit, we’ll step in quickly. We first provide coaching and support to resolve issues. If performance doesn’t improve, we’ll replace them at no extra cost—ensuring continuity for your project.

Can I scale my team up or down?

Yes. You can start with one professional and scale up to a full team, or reduce resources if your workload decreases. Flexibility is built into our model.

Who do I contact if I have issues?

our Account Manager is your first point of contact for HR, billing, or performance concerns. For day-to-day collaboration, you’ll communicate directly with your team via your preferred tools.

What happens if my resource takes time off?

You’ll be informed in advance of any planned leaves. For longer leaves, we can arrange temporary coverage.

Do you provide after-hours or weekend support?

Yes, but it depends on the engagement model:

  • Staff Augmentation: Resources generally follow agreed working hours. Emergency support can be discussed separately.

  • Project-Based: If your project requires weekend or after-hours availability, this will be built into the scope and SLA.

What if I don’t have 40 hours of work every week?

We also offer part-time (20 hrs/week) options. For lighter workloads, this can be more cost-efficient while still keeping your resource engaged.

Where is Logicware based?

Logicware is a Delaware-registered company with operational teams in Pakistan. This means you get the assurance of a U.S. entity with the benefits of highly skilled global talent.

Why Pakistan for operations?

Pakistan has a large pool of skilled IT professionals in areas like WordPress, Laravel, React, UI/UX, and digital marketing. Combined with excellent English communication and strong work ethic, it’s one of the best outsourcing destinations globally.

How do you recruit and vet professionals?

Every candidate undergoes:

  1. Technical Assessment – hands-on coding/design/marketing tests.

  2. HR Interview – for cultural fit and reliability.

  3. Communication Evaluation – ensuring strong English and clarity.

We hire only the top 7–10% of applicants.

Can I choose who joins my team?

Yes. After vetting, we provide profiles. You review them, conduct interviews, and select the resource you prefer.

How quickly can you onboard someone?

If the skillset is readily available, onboarding can start in 3–5 business days. If we need to recruit a custom candidate, it typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on notice periods and niche skill requirements.

Can I grow my team easily?

Yes. Whether you need one developer today and a full team tomorrow, we can scale with your requirements.

Do you take on fixed-scope projects in addition to staff augmentation?

Yes. Many of our clients hire us for end-to-end projects—such as websites, mobile apps, or digital marketing campaigns. In this model, we handle planning, design, development, testing, and delivery under Logicware’s management.

How do you scope a project?

We start with a discovery session to understand your requirements, goals, and timeline. From there, we prepare a detailed proposal with milestones, deliverables, and estimated costs.

How are projects billed?

Project services are billed milestone-based (e.g., deposit, progress payments, and final delivery). This ensures accountability and transparency throughout.

Who manages my project?

Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who is responsible for coordinating with you, managing the Logicware team, and ensuring timely delivery.

Can I combine project services with staff augmentation?

Yes. Many clients do this—for example, hiring us to build a product and then retaining a dedicated Logicware developer for ongoing updates and maintenance.

How do you bill for staff augmentation?

Dedicated resources are billed at a flat monthly or semi-monthly rate based on their role and hours (full-time or part-time).

How do you bill for project-based services?

Projects are usually billed by milestones:

  • Upfront deposit

  • Progress payments

  • Final delivery balance

This ensures clarity and fairness throughout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal are accepted.

Can I dispute billed hours or unproductive time?

Yes. Our policy is “never pay for unproductive work.” If you notice an issue, contact your Account Manager. We’ll investigate and adjust your invoice promptly.

Will my rates change?

Rates remain fixed during your contract period. For long-term resources, annual reviews may apply if increments are required to retain talent—but always with full transparency and client approval.

Can I give my team member a bonus?

Yes! Many clients reward great performance with bonuses or perks. Logicware facilitates this smoothly by including the bonus in your next invoice.
